Franklin, Tenn.-based MEDHOST, a provider of enterprise solutions for healthcare management systems, announced that its business intelligence solution has achieved Meaningful Use Stage 3 certification for Clinical Quality Measures (CQM) 2015.
According to MEDHOST, it has achieved MU Stage 3 certification with versions of its enterprise inpatient, emergency department, business intelligence, and YourCareUniverse health portal products that will be released in early 2017.
A total of 80 criteria across these four products passed The Office of National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) certification testing, the company said. After passing the ONC’s 2015 Edition Certification Program, MEDHOST offers its customers all modules required to meet the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS’s) base electronic health record (EHR) requirements for Meaningful Use Stage 3.
“Our aim is always to provide solutions that are not only effective and user friendly, but also are regulatory compliant,” Bill Anderson, chairman and CEO at MEDHOST, said in a statement. “The MEDHOST team has worked hard to get our offerings Meaningful Use Stage 3 certified and we are proud that MEDHOST is one of the first to achieve the certification.”
