GE Healthcare Appoints New CIO

GE Healthcare (Waukesha, Wisc.), an electronic health record, imaging, and other health IT solutions vendor, has appointed Randy A. Fox, its new vice president and CIO. Fox, 52, is a long-time GE vet, having worked with GE Plastics, GE Supply, and GE Energy before coming on board as CIO at GE Healthcare.

GE Healthcare (Waukesha, Wisc.), an electronic health record, imaging, and other health IT solutions vendor, has appointed Randy A. Fox, its new vice president and CIO. Fox, 52, is a long-time GE vet, having worked with GE Plastics, GE Supply, and GE Energy before coming on board as CIO at GE Healthcare.

Along with Fox, GE named several others into new executive positions, including Karim Karti, 43, who has been appointed the new vice president and chief marketing officer of GE Healthcare. In this role, he will development and implement growth strategies for GE Healthcare globally. Like Fox, he is a long-time GE veteran.
