Tech Firm H1 Acquires Ribbon Health
New York-based global healthcare data technology company H1 announced in a press release on January 8 the acquisition of Ribbon Health, a provider data platform. Additionally, H1 revealed the appointment of former Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Dr. Stephen M. Hahn to its board.
According to the announcement, Ribbon Health’s platform will join the H1 family of products as H1 for Health Plans & Digital Health, providing insurers, providers, and digital health companies with real-time provider data.
Furthermore, H1 unveiled a new product vision to address the needs of its customers and the market, powered by its Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven data and analytics platform. Alongside H1 for Health Plans & Digital Health, the products are H1 for Medical, H1 for Clinical, and H1 for Commercial.
