NeuroFlow Buys Value-Based Behavioral Health Company Quartet Health
Consolidation continues in the behavioral health technology space, as Philadelphia-based NeuroFlow has acquired Quartet Health, a value-based behavioral healthcare enablement company.
Terms of the deal were not revealed, but NeuroFlow said it would continue supporting Quartet’s existing payer and provider customers, which include Philadelphia-based Independence Blue Cross, among others.
This is NeuroFlow’s fourth acquisition in two years. It builds on the company’s 2024 purchase of Owl Health, which brought advanced measurement-based care capabilities, and the acquisition of a proprietary behavioral health analytics model from Intermountain Health.
Quartet recently sold its innovaTel division to Iris Telehealth. InnovaTel is a telepsychiatry provider with differentiated expertise in treating complex conditions.
NeuroFlow said the acquisition would expand where it applies its AI-powered platform to scale integrated behavioral health, and strengthen the platform’s referral and care navigation capabilities for payers, health systems, and the federal government.
Quartet brings an extensive behavioral health provider network and referral management capabilities that will broaden NeuroFlow’s offerings to its existing customers.
“This is an exciting moment for NeuroFlow, the current customers of Quartet Health, and the future of behavioral health,” said Chris Molaro, CEO of NeuroFlow, in a statement. “By bringing Quartet and its customers onto our platform, we will accelerate our goal of making behavioral health care more accessible, personalized, and effective.”
