VisionShare announces new CEO

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota – May 4, 2010 – VisionShare, a health information network, today announced that Mark R. Briggs has joined the company as chief executive officer.  
 
Prior to VisionShare, Briggs served as chief operating officer of Carefx, a provider of interoperable clinical work-flow solutions. Before Carefx, he held executive leadership positions in NaviNet, was the president of MPI Solutions at QuadraMed, and the chairman and CEO of LinkSoft Technologies. Briggs brings 17 years of healthcare and healthcare IT management experience.
