Burn studies to CD/DVD

Aug. 10, 2010

BRIT Systems now provides an HL7 interface for Roentgen Burner that runs in the background, receiving and storing reports that can be included on CD/DVDs along with patients' studies. The new release, Version 2.2, also includes a CD/DVD importer with a paper digitizer for importing studies and paper information into any DICOM server. This advanced importing tool supports a modality work-list interface so the study can be matched with an order before sending it to the PACS. Flexible options allow the user to select the entire study or an image series.
