Better interactive graphics

July 27, 2011
Enhanced graphic capabilities have been added to the TIGR interactive patient education system, which provides video-on-demand access to a hospital’s entire library of educational videos available directly at the patient’s bedside. The system helps healthcare facilities engage patients throughout the recovery continuum and features automated documentation capabilities and comprehension testing to simplify education delivery. An automated service recovery capability proactively responds to patient feedback. The new platform supports high-definition programming to aid hospitals in realizing the full potential of new healthcare-grade LCD televisions.
