    NaviNet Mobile Connect is a care communications platform that delivers patient-related information to physicians via handheld devices. The solution supports two-way real-time information exchange at the point of care and at pre- and post-office visits between physicians, patients, health plans, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and retail and mail-order pharmacies.
