Futura Mobility announces an alliance with OKI Data Americas

October 4, 2012 (Philadelphia) – Futura Mobility, a leader in enterprise mobility solutions, has entered into an alliance with OKI Data Americas (OKI Data), a marketer of innovative PC peripheral equipment and customized document management solutions. As a result of this relationship, Futura will leverage OKI Data’s proprietary Total Managed Print™ (TMP) solution for the delivery of Managed Print Services. TMP features a flexible suite of nine brand agnostic and proprietary services that can be tailored to compliment and supplement any solution provider’s Managed Print Service model.

By collaborating with Futura, OKI Data leverages an established service organization that enhances their offering of Print Assessment, Warranty and Break/Fix services, and Just In Time Installation to those organizations that require a level of service on-site to support their entire print solution.  

Through this alliance, Futura customers will receive a complete mobile managed services approach to their enterprise solutions, simplifying the print solution supply chain. Organizations will no longer need to worry about supply levels, engaging multiple repair organizations, or waiting for their IT department to install their printers.  In addition, Futura Mobility offers an online ordering portal to facility an efficient supply chain and just in time delivery, making the process seamless for customers.
