Next year, HCI and The Center for Health Design will conduct a joint conference on the intersection of facility design, sustainability and IT. We are currently looking for one or two speakers to address the issue of ‘culture change’ — namely, how do you alter the culture of an organization and its staff in order to give large-scale IT rollouts a chance for success.

We all know that IT executives can’t just ‘turn it on’ and hand clinicians a how-to manual. All seem to agree that pre-rollout work is just as much a key to success as making sure the software is functioning properly. But what’s the best way to lay that groundwork to achieve optimal adoption rates?

If you’ve wrestled with these issues and come out on top, drop me a line or make your case below.
