Irena Sobkiv

Irena Sobkiv is the Vice President of Advisory Services at Healthcare IT Leaders, where she guides health system executives on technology strategy and operational optimization. With over 15 years of experience across life sciences, healthcare, and IT, her industry perspective is deeply rooted in health system operations.

Prior to her current role, Sobkiv spent nearly a decade at Cleveland Clinic as Director of Enterprise Workforce Optimization, leading enterprise technology strategies across an 85,000-person workforce. She also served as principal business owner for enterprise scheduling platforms and later advised halthe tech organizations on strategy and technology adoption.
