Dominique Wells

Dominique Wells is chief operating officer of Conduit Health Partners, where she leads operations, quality, innovation, and technology strategy to improve patient care and reduce costs. With more than 28 years in clinical and nursing leadership, she has driven standardization and expanded EHR use to support more effective care delivery across multi-hospital systems. She holds an RN from The Christ Hospital School of Nursing, a BSN from Ohio University, and an MSN in Nursing Executive Leadership from Northern Kentucky University.
