InterSystems Corporation (Cambridge, Mass.) is unveiling enhancements to the InterSystems Ensemble rapid integration and development platform that will enable it to connect and orchestrate systems across the enterprise, provide additional services for development and testing of EDI/messaging applications, and improve message handling performance, says the company.

With these improvements, Ensemble can provide the increased flexibility and control needed to resolve the challenges associated with enterprise-scale integration projects, touts InterSystems.

Enhancements to the interface engine include improved .NET Support, message edit/resend capabilities, and better reporting, it touts. The updated solution also includes new services that enable developers to test transmission of multiple EDI documents, including HL7 and X12 messages that are represented as virtual documents.
