Miami, Fla.-based Jackson Memorial Hospital (JMH), part of Jackson Memorial Health System, South Florida's largest healthcare provider, recently implemented 11 Cerner Corporation (Kansas City, Mo.) Millennium solutions as the first step in a multi-stage healthcare information technology implementation.

With Cerner Millennium solutions, clinicians have improved access to cross-department information, evidence-based clinical decision support, and streamlined hospital operations, contends the company.

JMH, a 1,558-bed hospital, utilized the Cerner Bedrock system to assist users with implementing and maintaining solutions on the Cerner Millennium system, says Cerner.
