Joint Commission Consults on Med Reconciliation
Oak Brook, Ill-based Joint Commission Resources (JCR) has launched a medication reconciliation consulting service in partnership with Ottumwa, Iowa-based Simpler Healthcare.
According to the company, the goal of JCR and Simpler Healthcare’s medication reconciliation consulting service is to create a process that works towards zero defects, using Lean methodology.
JCR is a not-for-profit affiliate of The Joint Commission.
