Port Huron Hospital, a 186-bed, not-for-profit hospital located in Port Huron, Mich., completed the migration of its data center to the Troy, Mich.-based headquarters of CareTech Solutions, an information technology (IT) services provider.

CareTech Solutions’ migration of approximately 80 Port Huron Hospital servers included protecting and transporting the hospital’s equipment and supporting infrastructure; rebuilding the hospital’s existing Citrix server farm, full help desk support, and testing and adjustments to address end-user issues and confirm efficient, effective and accurate operation of the hospital’s technology, the company says.

CareTech’s work in completing Port Huron Hospital’s data center migration is part of a comprehensive IT outsourcing contract with Port Huron Hospital that began last month.
