Indiana Hospitals Launch Clinical Reporting Service

Saint Anthony Medical Center (Crown Point, Ind.), Saint Anthony Memorial (Michigan City, Ind.), and Saint Margaret Mercy (Hammond, Ind.) have selected the Indiana Health Information Exchange’s (IHIE) results delivery/clinical messaging service, DOCS4DOCS.

Indianapolis-based IHIE says the DOCS4DOCS service is a Web-based solution designed to deliver clinical reports such as transcription, radiology, and laboratory to physician offices, replacing traditional delivery systems such as courier and postal mail.

IHIE is a non-profit corporation formed by the Regenstrief Institute (Indianapolis), private hospitals, local and state health departments, BioCrossroads and other organizations in Indiana.
