Ochsner Medical Center of New Orleans has selected Toronto’s rLSolutions to enhance patient safety, quality, claims and reporting.

With the company’s Risk MonitorPro (RMPro), Feedback MonitorPro (FMPro) and Claims MonitorPro (CMPro), Ochsner hopes to improve its workflow and analysis, rLSolutions says.

The solutions also provide for departmental and executive reporting, which the company claims can improve the overall quality of patient care. These systems assist Ochsner in a number of projects, including employee relations, claims management, compliance, and patient advocacy, touts rLSolutions. Ochsner Health System is a non-profit, academic, multi-specialty, healthcare delivery system that includes seven hospitals and over 35 health centers located throughout Southeast Louisiana.
