Colorado Medical Society Teams Up with athenahealth

The Colorado Medical Society (CMS), the state's largest physician membership organization, will offer athenahealth's on-demand clinical and revenue-cycle management services to its Colorado physicians.

According to athenahealth it will provide physicians with revenue and clinical cycle management services that integrate Web-based practice management and electronic medical record (EMR) software, continually updated payer knowledge, and back-office processing specialists into a single service.

athenahealth is a provider of web-based services, knowledge, and software for medical practices, based in Watertown, Mass.
