Legacy Hospital Partners, Inc. (LHP) in Plano, Texas has selected Dallas-based Broadlane as the exclusive provider of a broad range of supply chain and procurement services for all LHP-owned and managed hospitals.

LHP will access Broadlane’s portfolio of consumable supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals and purchased services. Additionally, says the company, LHP will utilize Broadlane’s client portal to access contract and vendor information, run reports, view news and information, and download training and continuing education. LHP will also utilize Broadlane’s Procurement Services through its National Procurement Center in Dallas, it adds.

Legacy Hospital Partners is a privately held company established to provide essential capital and expertise to not-for-profit hospitals and hospital systems with which it will form joint ventures to own, operate and manage acute care hospitals in small cities and select urban markets throughout the United States.
