San Francisco-based McKesson Corporation has rolled out its workforce management suite, which facilitates communication across the enterprise.
Part of the Patient Care Advantage offering, the company’s workforce management solution suite is designed to provide hospitals with the means to deliver safer, more efficient care by staffing employees at the right time and place within the care continuum, it claims.
The product, according to McKesson, features staffing, scheduling and enterprise productivity management, open shift management and time and attendance capabilities, as well as human resource and payroll management. The suite provides staff members with Web-based dashboards, highlighting the information they need to make decisions, and offers Web-based access to HR functions, such as visibility into available open shifts and the ability to view vacation accruals.
