DeKalb Medical (Decatur, Ga.) and St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network (Bethlehem, Pa.) have contracted to implement Audit Tracker Online from King of Prussia, Pa.-based MRO Corp.

Both health networks will integrate Audit Tracker Online with their existing release-of-information processing software and service from MRO.

Audit Tracker Online is a customizable request management software and service that enables hospitals and health systems to effectively manage the Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) process and other payer audits from initial medical records request through appeals and payment resolution, says the company. The software also allows facilities to manage patient information, workflow, correspondence, audit determinations and the various stages of each appeals process in one central, secure location, it touts.

DeKalb Medical is a not-for-profit hospital with 627 acute care beds and more than 775 physicians practicing on three campuses, while St. Luke’s is a non-profit health network with more than 150 locations, including four hospitals and 1,224 physicians.
