    MediCorp Health System, a regional medical system located in Fredericksburg, Va., has selected Mission Viejo, Calif.-based Patient Care Technology

    MediCorp Health System, a regional medical system located in Fredericksburg, Va., has selected Mission Viejo, Calif.-based Patient Care Technology Systems’ Amelior EDIS for emergency department patient tracking and documentation.

    The system will be implemented in the emergency department of the 100-bed Stafford Hospital Center, currently under construction in Stafford, Va., and scheduled to open in 2009. The Amelior ED system is already in use at MediCorp’s flagship facility, Mary Washington Hospital.
