The Washington-based Children's National Medical Center will connect to The Moroccan Children’s Telemedicine Network via an international satellite-based telemedicine provided by Intelsat (Pembroke, Bermuda) and iDirect Inc (Herndon, Va.).

According to the company, physicians at Children’s can now provide clinical information, share medical advancements and conduct training sessions with healthcare professionals in the African nation.
