    Utah Cancer Specialists of Salt Lake City (UCS) has chosen American Fork, Utah-based NovaRad Corp.’s NovaPACS complete PACS.

    NovaPACS is an enterprise-level PACS, deisgned for fast image retrieval, full-feature viewer with intuitive interface, and seven-year on-site archive with off-site emergency back-up, the company claims. The company says its product enhances efficiency by providing referring physicians with complete access to images and reports from any computer.

    UCS is a highly specialized medical practice dedicated to the diagnosis, treatment and management of all forms of cancer and blood-related diseases. In addition, UCS is the largest community-based hematology/oncology practice in Utah.
