    · Ojai Valley Community Hospital (Ojai, Calif.)

    · Cuero Community Hospital (Cuero, Texas)

    · Forks Community Hospital (Forks, Wash.)

    · Medical Center Hospital (Odessa, Texas)

    · St. Luke’s Hospital (Duluth, Minn.)

    · Hermann Area District Hospital (Hermann, Mo.)

    · Methodist Hospital of Union County (Morganfield, Ky.)
