Cardiology Transplant Software to Automate Donor/Recipient Record

Oakland, Calif.-based Lumedx Corporation has recently launched a cardiology solution that automates donor/recipient record keeping for heart transplant centers.

According to the company, the software is designed to collect and manage adult cardiac transplant patient data from the first consultation through the evaluation, activation, transplant and post-transplant follow-up visits.

The cardiac transplant solution is an integrated part of Lumedx's cardiovascular imaging and information management tools, enabling facilities to track donation offers and donor information for each patient, says the company.
