Gateway EDI Acquires PMG

St Louis, Mo.-based Gateway EDI, a national health care electronic data interchange (EDI) provider, recently acquired the Professional Management Group of Virginia, Inc. (PMG), Richmond.

Effectively immediately, Gateway EDI will serve PMG clients through its network of solutions and providers, which now includes over 30,000 providers nationwide.

Both companies are privately held. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
