Spectrum Health (Grand Rapids, Mich.) has selected the Talent Management Suite from St. Paul, Minn.-based Lawson to simplify talent acquisition, provide an improved candidate experience and automate compensation processes through a single, integrated system.

According to the company, Lawson Talent Management combines a core human resources system with strategic human capital management, including new functionality to help companies manage talent acquisition, incentive compensation, employee performance, learning and development, and succession planning. The contract was signed during Lawson’s fourth quarter of fiscal 2008, which ends May 31, 2008.

Spectrum Health, which includes more than 2,000 beds across its network of seven hospitals, is the largest not-for-profit health system in western Michigan.
