San Diego-based Axolotl, provider of health information exchange solutions, has named Glenn Keet as president and has made several other managerial changes.

Keet formerly served as executive vice president of marketing and sales, says the company.

Also earning promotions were: Lalo Valdez (chief operating officer), Anand Shroff (vice president, engineering), and Robert Scarbrough (vice president, technical operations).
