Minneapolis-based Ingenix, has acquired business intelligence company, Bull Services.

Ingenix purchased Bull Services from its parent company, Groupe Bull of France. Bull Services’ solutions manage one out of every three Medicaid dollars ($110 billion of $330 billion) and one out of four Medicaid beneficiaries (15 million of 60 million), the company claims. Bull Services also helps agencies manage Women, Infant, and Children (WIC), child day care, and food- and cash-assistance programs, as well as court-related programs. Client agencies have realized more than $2.5 billion in financial benefits, the company says. Ingenix is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group.
