Charles Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport, Pa., signed a multi-year contract with Pittsburgh-based Foundation Radiology Group (FRG) to exclusively provide diagnostic imaging services starting Dec. 31, 2008.
Charles Cole Memorial serves customers in north central Pennsylvania and south central New York. The Hospital provides a wide range of primary and secondary healthcare services, including a network of 10 rural primary care clinics, inpatient rehabilitation, geriatric behavioral health, long-term care, assisted living, home health and hospice, DME, oncology and wellness services.
