The Vanderbilt Primary Care group (Nashville, Tenn.), a provider of primary care services to Vanderbilt University's employees and their families, recently integrated ActiveHealth Management's clinical decision support technology into its workflow.

According to ActiveHealth, a provider of health management services, its CareEngine System is designed to scan medical, pharmacy and lab claims data and compare it against the latest findings in evidence-based clinical literature.

CareEngine identifies opportunities to enhance the care of Vanderbilt members, and sends care considerations to Vanderbilt Primary Care electronically, says the New York-based company.
