Dallas-based ACS has named David Bywater as managing director of ACS’ Healthcare Solutions line of business.
The move marks Bywater’s return to ACS from Mediconnect Global, where he was global president. Previously, Bywater was the senior managing director for ACS’ Human Resource Outsourcing Solutions line of business. He has also served in a variety of management positions within ACS, including senior vice president of ACS ITO International Operations, as well as the managing director of ACS’ Healthcare Payer line of business.
ACS Healthcare Solutions is a provider of transformational and technology consulting outsourcing services for healthcare delivery systems.
