RemedyMD to Acquire EZHealthcare

RemedyMD Inc. (Sandy, Utah), a provider of predictive informatics to recognize patterns, has signed an agreement to acquire privately held EZHealthcare Inc. (Salt Lake City, Utah), a provider of automated revenue cycle management solutions. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

According to RemedyMD, EZHealthcare's products will be Web-enabled and utilize the RemedyMD Mosaic platform. EZ Office, EZHealthcare's practice management suite, and EZ EHR, a Web- based EHR designed for primary care practices, will be available to RemedyMD customers and practices.

Practices that use EZ Office or EZ EHR, and their patients, will also have use of RemedyMD's patient portal, myHealthManager.
