McKesson Launches Enterprise RCM Solution

San Francisco, Calif.-based McKesson has introduced a solution designed to create a new category of financial and enterprise revenue management.

According to the company, the Revenue Management for Health Systems will provide an open solution that enables health systems to streamline patient access to services, connect with key business partners such as payers and banks, and determine financial responsibility for all constituents before and during care.

Horizon Enterprise Revenue Management will combine rules-based software, connectivity software and McKesson best practices for hospitals and health systems, physicians, payors and financial institutions, says the company.
