InfoLogix Inc. (Philadelphia), a provider of mobile enterprise solutions for the healthcare and commercial industries, has acquired Healthcare Informatics Associates Inc. (HIA), a management and clinical/financial systems consulting company.

According to InfoLogix, the Bainbridge Island, Wash.-based HIA business will operate as the company's healthcare consulting and systems integration service line. Mary Ann Bartley, HIA founder and executive vice president, will be joining InfoLogix as executive vice president of Healthcare Consulting Services.

InfoLogix says privately-held HIA will provide a valuable skill set to healthcare organizations: a team of senior healthcare informatics consultants who are also certified healthcare practitioners, most with over 20 years of combined experience.
