Chadron Community Hospital, Chadron, Neb., has selected the full suite of Keane Optimum applications, supplied by Keane Healthcare Solutions, Boston. The critical access hospital intends to leverage the solution’s ability to custom-fit software to qualify for American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) stimulus incentive payments and attain clinical automation.

Keane Optimum ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 certified as a Complete Acute Care EHR (electronic health record) by Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT). According to Keane, Optimum offers secure access from multiple locations, patient information and financials can be communicated immediately throughout the healthcare system. Keane also says its Optimum suite increases collaboration among disciplines and is compatible with other vendors’ applications, achieving a level of interoperability that improves clinical decision-making, patient outcomes and satisfaction while advancing financial performance.
