Merge Offering Remote System Monitoring

Merge Healthcare, a Milwaukee-based imaging solutions provider, has added Remote System Monitoring to its Managed Services suite, which includes Merge eFilm Workstation and Merge Fusiion RIS, PACS and RIS/PACS solutions.

According to the company, the new feature enables organizations to optimize data protection and ensure the stability and uptime of the imaging informatics infrastructure. Merge proactively monitors data and systems, provides site and workflow-specific alerts, identifies and solves problems via remote access, and produces comprehensive reports, it touts.
