HealthAlliance Hospital (Worcester, Mass.) is taking its workflow management solution wireless in an effort to create a mobile environment for its physicians, staff and patients.

According to Siemens Medical Solutions (Malvern, Pa.), its workflow management solution, called Soarian, will run off InnerWireless' medical-grade wireless network.

Wireless signals are distributed throughout the HealthAllianceHospital by InnerWireless' broadband antenna system that supports wireless devices including hand-held computers, cell phones and pagers, says Siemens. InnerWireless is located in Richardson, Texas.
