ProHealth Care, a critical and primary care provider based in Waukesha, Wis., is deploying St. Paul, Minn.-based Lawson Software’s Talent Management Suite to identify talent within its organization, improve recruiting and automate compensation processes through an integrated system, according to the company.

The new suite is designed to help ProHealth Care more effectively track applicants, which will help improve information management, reduce hiring time, and deliver a more streamlined application experience, the company touts. Managers will also have the tools to track individual benchmarks and performance based on organizational objectives.

ProHealth Care’s integrated health network includes a tertiary care hospital, an acute care hospital, 28 medical centers and medical associates locations, home healthcare and hospice services, and assisted and independent living communities.
