Radiologists and clinicians at Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System will use Softek (Prairie Village, Kan.) to expand the Netherlands-based Philips iSite PACS from a traditional data storage system to an information retrieval and messaging system.

Founded in 1915 by the famed automobile pioneer, Henry Ford Health System’s seven hospitals and 27 outpatient medical centers serve all of southeast Michigan. Its flagship facility is the 903-bed tertiary care, education and research complex, Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
