Pomona, Calif.-based Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC), a 436-bed not-for-profit facility, selected Canadian-based Halogen Software’s talent management suite to help increase employee engagement and drive a performance-based culture.

The company says PVHMC selected Halogen to provide Web-based talent management for the organization’s 3,200 employees. Pomona Valley plans to use the new Halogen applications to support their focus on performance and organizational excellence, as well as to better manage Joint Commission requirements, it states.
