Elmwood Pk., N.J.-based HLTH Corporation has agreed to sell its ViPS segment to Fairfax, Va.-based General Dynamics Information Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Dynamics Corporation (Falls Church, Va.) for $225 million.

According to the company, ViPS provides healthcare data management, analytics, decision-support and process automation solutions to governmental, Blue Cross Blue Shield and commercial healthcare payers.

The deal must first pass through legal conditions before its closure.
