Alpharetta, Ga.-based McKesson has unveiled the newest version of CareEnhance Clinical Management Software (CCMS), which features an updated user interface with Microsoft standard navigation to increase care management effectiveness and ease of use, it says.

With CCMS version 5.0, case managers can add member self-reported medications in addition to the list already populated from pharmacy claims, according to the company. The software also includes a reminder log with a preview area that enables users to sort provider and facility data.
