Beaumont Hospitals, a three-hospital network headquartered in Royal Oak, Mich., is using a program from Ottawa, Canada-based Halogen Software to implement an organization-wide pay for performance initiative.

The first stage of the implementation rolled out Halogen’s eAppraisal to more than 13,000 employees. The current stage, which includes the deployment of eCompensation, is currently under way. Appraisals will be completed in the near future based on the new performance standards and pay increases will be implemented based for the first time on these performance appraisals, says the company.
