Nassau Health Care Corporation (NHCC) of East Meadow, N.Y., selected Malvern, Pa.-based Greencastle Consulting to provide business process redesign services across a range of clinical, administration and financial areas.
According to the company, Greencastle is working with department-specific teams in hands-on sessions over a two-month period which began in March 2008. The initiative intends to help NHCC teams identify and respond to business process inefficiencies at NHCC and its 530-bed Nassau University Medical Center.
