Carestream Introduces RIS Mammography Module

Rochester, N.Y.-based Carestream Health is unveiling a mammography module for the Kodak Carestream Radiology Information System (RIS) to improve its screening administration.

According to the company, the system features automated order entry, Web communications, multiple site scheduling, monitoring, integration with PACS and work list management to automate the patient visit. Kodak Carestream RIS is installed in over 20 hospitals across four of Denmark’s five regions.
