The Health Information Security and Privacy Collaboration (HISPC) is hosting a conference that will feature solutions developed by seven multi-state collaboratives to address the privacy and security challenges involved in the implementation of electronic health information exchanges.
In addition to showcase sessions, during which the seven collaboratives will discuss final work products and deliverables, the event will also offer more detailed breakout sessions where more specific aspects will be reviewed, including lessons learned and the ways in which other states and organizations can implement their deliverables.
The conference will be held March 4-6, at the Bethesda Marriott North Hotel and Conference Center in Bethesda, Md. Registration is free and open to the public. For more information and to register for this event, visit www.rti.org/hispc2009.
