Colorado Health System Selects Workforce Management Solution

According to the company, instead of relying on outside staffing suppliers to fill its open shifts, Memorial created an internal staffing agency through its use of the ShiftWise hosted workforce management solution. The company claims its product provided Memorial staff management with automated scheduling, credentialing, time tracking and reporting of internal contingent staff.

Memorial Health System is a 650-bed organization comprised of three hospitals, 12 ancillary facilities and approximately 4,500 employees in the Colorado Springs region.
